3 Product Details, Craftsmanship & Pricing

Because our candles and diffusers are created using natural botanical soy wax and artisanal small-batch techniques, minor variations in wax surface texture, color hue, or wick appearance are natural hallmarks of artisanal craftsmanship rather than defects.

• All prices are listed in Indian National Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
• We reserve the right to correct typographical errors or price inaccuracies and to cancel any orders placed under erroneous price quotations.

4 Order Acceptance, Verification & Payment

Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. The Candlorre reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or impose order quantity limits for reasons including stock shortage, unverified COD phone numbers, or suspected fraudulent activity.

6 Candle Safety & Limitation of Liability

Open flames present inherent safety risks. Customers must follow all safety guidelines detailed on product warning labels:

• Never leave a burning candle unattended or within reach of children or pets.
• Burn only on flat, heat-resistant surfaces away from curtains and drafts.
• Trim cotton wicks to 1/4 inch before each burn and extinguish when 1/2 inch of wax remains.
• The Candlorre is not liable for secondary damages resulting from candle misuse or failure to heed burn instructions.

7 Promotional Offers & Coupon Codes

Discount codes and promotional coupons cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Discounts do not apply retroactively to orders placed prior to the launch of a promotion. Promotional gifts with purchase are subject to inventory availability and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
